Abousleiman & Partners has consistently ranked as one of the leading law firms in Lebanon
We are a leading Lebanese law firm that specializes in a variety of areas in both litigation and commercial practices. Ever since its founding by former deputy Chaker Abousleiman more than 50 years ago, the firm has consistently ranked as one of the most prominent law firm in Lebanon, including by Chambers and Legal 500, and has received the IFLR Award four times in recent years. Known as a trendsetter in the legal field, the firm has pioneered the adjustment of Lebanese legal practice to the changing needs of both local and international clients.
The diverse backgrounds of the firm’s team members has enabled the firm to access and gain extensive specialization in new emerging legal fields while maintaining the more traditional approaches to the more conservative domains of the law practice in Lebanon.
Our firm’s structure combines a higher degree of specialization generated by departmental divisions with the efficiency of a flexible and permeable organization. These two factors, coupled with the team spirit of our firm’s team members, allow us to respond to our clients’ broad range of needs in a fast, dynamic and efficient manner.
We take pride in the personal relationships we have developed with many of our clients. We believe there are multiple facets to the role of the lawyer and, by developing them, we aim to carry the norms of the legal profession to the highest levels. Our clients look to us for our leadership, creativity, innovation and commitment.
Abousleiman & Partners works closely with, and acts as a counsel to, many international law firms and clients. This has been useful to us in devising creative and innovative legal means to meet the needs of our international clients in areas where the Lebanese legal system and practice have proven to be insufficiently developed.
We rely on a unique and secure communications system in Lebanon, developed specially to ensure the highest level of confidentiality required by our clients.
