Abousleiman & Partners was entrusted with almost all major privatizations taking place in the various sectors of the Lebanese Republic including telecommunications, electricity, water and silos. We were extensively involved in the steps of the privatization process and were often the architects of the various structures designed in accordance with the specificities of each sector.
